I tried half a joint (3/16″ diameter), I got a real good head buzz right off the bat, and a nice comfy feeling. I went to bed and watched tv about 20 minutes after and helped my back pain. I slept a solid 9 hours sleep. Felt a little bit foggy in the morning for about 1/2 hour.
